This stencil depicts 2 abstract slotted circle shapes, that appear primitive in aesthetic. They will look great painted in a dark grey or black to create an abstract, minimal look to a wall space - or painted in earthy hues in a room with lots of natural texture to create a ethnic-abstract style look. You can use just one or 2 circles to create an art piece on a wall, or use as shown in the images to repeat for an allover pattern effect.

HOW TO USE -

3 - Realign the stencil and paint again

Apply the paint to the stencil using either a proper stencil brush or dense foam gloss style roller. Paint or roll in from the edges of the stencil - remember to roll or wipe off all excess paint from your brush/roller before painting to avoid paint bleed!

Boho Style interiors and colour blocking is very much on trend at the moment - You can use this Wall Arch stencil kit to paint Arches, Circles and Semi circle shapes in earthy tones for a minimal, abstract and on trend back drop to any room in the house. Great for bedroom and nursery walls as well as any where else - create a relaxing and chilled out vibe to your interior with this cost effective makeover

The arches come singularly in size 100/80/60/40CM sizes / Plus multi-pack options, as you can create different sizes of arch , semi-circles and circle shapes with them

HOW TO PAINT AN ARCH

1 - The Semi-circle stencil will form the top of the arch. Decide how high you want the arch to be and then secure the stencil in position using low tack decorating tape. Use a spirit level to ensure the stencil is level. (You may need 2 people to position as it is a large and open design the stencil will be floppy)

2 - Apply the paint to the stencil using either a proper stencil brush or dense foam gloss style roller. Paint or roll in from the edges of the stencil - remember to roll or wipe off all excess paint from your brush/roller before painting to avoid paint bleed!

Paint in the whole of the Semi circle before removing - you may need to do more than 1 coat of paint depending on the look you want to create.

3 -When the stencil has been removed, using a spirit level lightly mark 2 straight lines down from the edges of the semi circle to the floor/skirting. Mask those lines with low tack decorating tape and then you are able to paint inside the taped lines to fill in the rest of your arch.

ADD CIRCLES AND SEMI-CIRCLES

The great thing about this stencil is that you can use it to also paint large semi-circles and circle shapes!

Semi-circles - Just use the stencil as it is to paint semi circle shapes and add to your wall design
Large Circles - The semi circle stencil can be painted and then removed and re positioned to paint the other half of the circle :)

You can create some amazing large scale colour block shapes with the stencil so have fun and create something unique on your walls.

Stenciling is really fun and simple and you can add amazing effects to 100's of home decorating projects. 

1 - Position your stencil: Use low tack tape or repositionable spray mount to keep your stencil in place

2 - Paint your stencil: Depending on your project or preferences you can use a stencil brush, dense foam roller, or spray paint to paint your stencil

3 - Repeat your stencil: Repeat your pattern or motif over and over again. When you have finished, water based paints can be soaked/washed off the stencil and then stored away safe for future use

Top tip: Don't us too much paint! This will cause paint to seep under the stencil and cause blotchy edges.

Our stencils are also suitable for many other uses as varied as cake decorating, embossing and relief stenciling with plaster.

HOW TO PAINT THE SUN

The great thing about this design is we have designed it to give you the choice of having a half setting/rising sun design OR you can rotate the stencil and align it to paint the other half and create a glorious full sun design!

1 - Decide where you want the sun and plan the space
2 - Position your sun Stencil ensuring it is level
3 - Paint the stencil / remove
4 - Rotate the stencil to paint the other half of the sun if you want a full sun design

Apply the paint to the stencil using either a proper stencil brush or dense foam gloss style roller. Paint or roll in from the edges of the stencil - remember to roll or wipe off all excess paint from your brush/roller before painting to avoid paint bleed!
